Appreciation
The purpose of this letter is to commend everyone at Kirby’s for the
excellent service provided throughout the selection and installation
of hardwood floor in our home.
I don’t normally write letters of this nature; however my wife and and
I were so impressed with your service, I felt compelled on this occasion.
The experience was indeed refreshing to be dealt with in such a responsive
and courteous manner.
Lisa and Mark’s visits to our home were informative and extremely helpful
in making our decisions. They deserve to be congratulated as do the
installation team.
It was a pleasure to witness the craftsmanship with which the installers
completed the project. We are very pleased with the end result. It’s like
showing off a new car.
